If you're earlier in your journey and want to learn at your own pace with solid resources and community support, start with Core. You can always upgrade.
It's designed to be. The Guided membership gives you live access to me every month plus everything in Core — for ~10% the cost of a single 1:1 session. Core also gives you the chance to ask questions async every single week, and I'm constantly adding new resources to help you.
